Immune Booster Smoothie

Winter is coming. Not only a cool quote from Game of Thrones, nope. It’s also a cold hard fact. Where we live, there is a lot of fog. So it’s not unusual we don’t get to see the sun for days. That’s why we wanted to create a bowl full of sunshine with a great immune booster effect.

And if you love mangos and bananas, this smoothie will not disappoint you! It’s super simple, cheap and made quickly. The turmeric will give it an extra health kick but won't really take any effect on the flavor.

Tipp: Chop up the bananas the night before and put in freezer for a good texture. If you forgot to freeze the bananas, that’s not so bad, your smoothie might just not be as thick.
Serves 2 people, prep time 10min Ingredients Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1 mango, diced
1/2 cauliflower, diced
1dl almond milk
2 teaspons turmeric
2 handfuls of cashew nuts (add more, if texture is too runny)
Ingredients Toppings
Fresh figs
Fresh blueberries
Coconut shreds
Chopped black chocolate
How to
Toss everything into a mixer.
Mix.
Pour into a bowl, add any toppings you like and want
